Grunted, change might seem imp-poss-ible az u might feel trapped in sir-cum-stan-says,(whoever Sir Cum is & iz brother Sir Stan & wot they say). Nevertheless, consider the following 4 steps 4 dealing wiv burnout. U cud have more op-shuns than u realize. Firstly on me list iz....

Ah! Money money money !

(1) EVALUATE UR PRY-HORROR-TEAS...Money or...erm...money. A happy pig iz a...happy pig. What iz most important2 u ? Many pigs wud likely put family pig-relationships & good health near the top of their list,(az well az money). Soooo...by klarifying ur pry-horror-teas, u prepare urself 2 make diffy-kult de-ziz-shuns...& ak-cept trade-orfs. 4 x-ample, u might c that ur work iz leading 2 burnout, but u think, 'i cor work less, i need the income!' True, every1 needs income but how much & at wot cost ? Wot r the things u value most ???? B-ware of pressure 2 adopt the pry-horror teas of others around u az ur own. Ur pry-horror-teas r likely 2 b different 2 others. Others might choose 2 put work 1st in lives, but this dow mean u must do the same. Remember the Proverb:'Even wen a pig az an abundance, a pig con always do with more'. Same applies 4 other animals. Nother thing u con do iz...number 2 on me list....

(2)SIMPLIFY UR LIFE...Rrr i hear u say, thats ee-zee-er oinked then done! But av u thought 'bout meals ? Av simple meals(like slugs & snails & puppy dogs tails). This will reduce stress...& gain time 4 wot u truly value erm...like lager or send out 4 chippy. U may konsider working fewer hours, (but ur farm will inevitably SUFFER !) u cud reduce ur kurrent job demands like close farm 2 farmies on sir-tane days, or u might av 2 juggle ur jobs around. Whatever u decide 2 do, u will likely

2 b or not 2 b...a good juggler.

need 2 adjust ur financial situation,  keep tight hold of 'purse strings '& make changes in ur lifestlye. This iz not impossible & eet tay az hard az u might think... juzz get a credit card or 2...shud do eet. Never erm...buy on the NEVER NEVER if poss az a simpler life style will bring greater 3-dom(who rites this rubbish ?...oh iz me :) ). After all, those labour saving devices i buy on
