...Ah yes! Burnout iz karacterized by kronic x-haust-shun & strong feelings of frust-stray-shun & that other thing ??? Erm feeling of not b-ing in power. Pigs suffering from burnout tend 2 withdraw emotionally from their work, lose motivation & b-come less produktive...& this wont do (shakes head & frowns...>@< like that). Also burnout iz linked 2 noo-mer-us em-o-shun-al & fiz-i-kal health problems. Wot corz burnout i hear u oink ? Work overload iz 1 faktor. Working longer

hours, 4 less money...az them farmies, the little people who vizz-eet uz dow give much pd (Potato Dollar=money we uze on MFF) if they con elp eet. Tek-nology now keeps sum in konstant kontact with their job...PING! (noise of new email arriving in laptop) erm, hang on while i just check this it may b important...Ah! loom bands av been sent out (new craze), but az pigs dow wear clothes & them cud b kon-screwed az such iz juzz 2 look at wen weve made 'em c...erm...err...Tek-nology (hope am getting spellin's rite :) ), can blurr the lines b-tween work & pry-vat life 4 sum & cud b-cum slaves 2, erm...err...but not me!(shakes head Few-ree-us-ly).

Feeling a little stressed ! On way 2 Burnout ?

Lack of kontrol over work, or feelings of b-ing treated unfairly kontribute 2 burnout. So does dealing wiv unclear pry-horror-teas or konflicks wiv 'coworkers',(not 2 b confuzed wiv Dairy-pigs who milk cows :) )

.Burnout can also b self-inflikted. In the purr-soot of career goals & greater income,(such az getting the most honey b's on ur farm or hen koops) some try 2 fit ever more work in2 their life. Such 1's may b-com over committed & find themselves on the road 2...DA-DA-DAR-DUM (that noise of big build up) 2 BURNOUT!!!.....2b cont.
